LEADERSHIP POOL ENHANCEMENTS
ForeverGreen announced minor enhancements to the compensation plan this week. The three Leadership Pools (2%, 4%, & 6%) have now been combined into one 12% Leadership Pool. This will create more consistent and predictable earnings within the pool. Also, to better reflect the level of success that Members are achieving at various ranks, we have updated the Rank names as follows:
Member - Remains the same
Learning - Remains the same
Determined - Remains the same
Successful - Remains the same
Part Time - *Previously Full Time
Full Time - *Previously Free
Free - *Previously Rainmaker
Rainmaker - *Previously Master Rainmaker
