You can review, record, and schedule messages from your computer. For those who have the Ultimate Package, there are even more advanced options. Be sure to check your messages frequently for important updates.
Retrieving Televox Messages :
From the phone: Call your toll free number and press # when the recording begins. Enter your password and press #. Press 1 to review messages and faxes. (Airtime charges may apply.)
From your Virtual Office: Login to your Virtual Office website (www.myforevergreen.org) and go to VALUE ADDED TOOLS on the navigation bar. Click on TELEVOX and then REVIEW MESSAGES. This page lists and provides access to all voice messages. Click on the green speaker icon to listen to the message.
